Emilie's commercial and personal work melds an eerie and elegant aesthetic with intuitive storytelling. Combining a writing and performance background with an MFA in Film from the California Institute of the Arts, Emilie's experience places her in a fluid position to tell visual stories. From commercial campaigns for Lay’s and Redbull, to cinematic music videos for Amazon, Emilie commits to the highest vision for each piece from start to finish.

Her work recently appeared in Rolling Stone and The Wall Street Journal. She has screened at the Film de Femmes in Paris, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Cannes Short Film Corner, Prague Quadrennial, The Hammer Museum, and the REDCAT/Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. Her performance work was featured in IndieWire, seen at the Slamdance Film Festival, and earned her an invitation to apply to the Sundance New Frontier Story Lab.

After four years as a Creative Director in Branded Content at Trailer Park, Inc in Los Angeles, she is currently freelancing as a writer/director and creative. Originally from the Midwest, she lives in Los Angeles with her rescue pup, Floyd.
